Return & Refund Policy

At Oz Mini Dachshunds, the health and happiness of our puppies—and your satisfaction as a new owner—are our top priorities. We want you to feel confident and secure when adopting a puppy from us.

Returns

Because puppies are living animals, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Bringing home a puppy is a lifelong commitment, and we encourage all families to be certain before making this important decision.

However, if a serious and verifiable medical condition (not disclosed before adoption) is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the first 7 days of adoption, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. This may include:

Replacement with another available puppy of your choice, or
Returning the puppy for a partial refund, depending on circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

If your reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
If a licensed veterinarian certifies that the puppy suffers from a serious congenital health issue that was present before adoption.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days once approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind or personal circumstances after adoption.
Health issues arising from accidents, neglect, or improper care after the puppy leaves our care.
Costs related to travel, veterinary visits after adoption, or other personal expenses.

Our Promise

We are committed to full transparency and ethical practices. Each of our puppies is health-checked, vaccinated, and comes with all available medical records. We stand by the quality of our breeding and will always do our best to support you and your new family member.
